Our Group Classes are programmed to focus on different aspects of fitness each day of the week for example- strength days, cardio, HIIT, and overall functional movements. Each class is lead by a certified personal trainer and is open to ages 16+ and ALL ability levels. We can modify anything to fit your needs/ goals. We have incorporated the MINDBODY app for easy sign-ups- you can download it
